Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the cita66 website accessible at cita66.one and all its subdomains.
• "User" or "Member" means any individual who has registered an account and uses the services provided by the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a User to access the Platform's services.
• "Bonus" refers to credits or additional funds granted by the Platform to a User subject to certain conditions.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering" means the requirement for the User to wager a specified amount before profits from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "RM" refers to Ringgit Malaysia, the currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "Services" encompasses all games, betting, promotions and other features made available through the Platform.

Any term not specifically defined here shall be interpreted according to the context in which it is used in this document.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use cita66 Services, Users must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or any active gambling limit programme.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Be acting on their own behalf and not representing a third party.
• Not be declared bankrupt or subject to any insolvency proceedings.

During registration, Users are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including full name, identity card number (MyKad) or passport, date of birth, mobile phone number and a valid email address. cita66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

Each individual is only permitted to register one account. Holding more than one active account — whether directly or through another individual — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Account Usage and User Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for all activities that take place within their accounts. This includes any transactions, bets and use of bonuses made either by the User themselves or by any other party who gains access to that account.

Users must:

• Keep their password confidential and not share their login details with anyone.
• Notify cita66 immediately if they suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensure that the device used to access the Platform is protected against unauthorised access.
• Not use automation software, bots, scripts or other technical means to access or use the Services in an unauthorised manner.
• Not engage in any activity intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.

cita66 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a User's negligence in protecting their account login information.

Deposits and Payment Methods

cita66 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian users. All accepted payment methods are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM30. cita66 does not charge processing fees for deposits made using the listed methods.

Users are responsible for ensuring that:

• The funds deposited belong entirely to them and are not obtained from unlawful sources.
• The payment information provided is accurate and complete.
• Any enquiries regarding failed or pending deposit transactions are reported to customer support within 24 hours.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 for all payment methods. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is submitted and approved by the cita66 finance team.

Withdrawal conditions that must be observed:

• Users must have fulfilled all wagering requirements associated with any bonus received before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in cases specifically approved by cita66.
• A User's identity must be fully verified before their first withdrawal request is processed.
• cita66 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain limit for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

cita66 reserves the right to hold or cancel a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms that is under investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

cita66 offers various promotions and bonuses to Users, including a first deposit welcome bonus of 200% up to RM1,500. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

For the welcome bonus, the applicable wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received. As an example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering RM200 × 25 = RM5,000
• Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM3,100 → Rollover RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500

General bonus terms that apply to all promotions:

• Each User is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• cita66 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there are signs of fraud or promotion abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion.
• cita66 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Game and Betting Rules

All games offered through the cita66 Platform are operated using software from recognised providers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency of game outcomes.

Users agree to:

• Comply with all specific rules applicable to each type of game or bet.
• Not use any unauthorised methods to gain an advantage in games.
• Accept game outcomes as final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• Not place bets using funds obtained from illegal activities.

cita66 reserves the right to void bets and related transactions if there is evidence of fraud, significant technical error or a breach of rules. cita66's decision in such matters is final.

Account Suspension and Closure

cita66 reserves the right to suspend or close a User's account at any time without prior notice if any of the following situations occur:

• The User is involved in fraud, money laundering or any criminal activity.
• Information provided during registration or identity verification is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
• The User breaches any provision of these terms and conditions.
• The account is found to be using automated software or other unauthorised techniques.
• There is account duplication or evidence of ownership of multiple accounts.
• Upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

Users may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the cita66 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned after all necessary checks are completed, provided there is no related breach of terms.

Personal Data Protection

cita66 is committed to protecting Users' personal information in line with international data protection practices. All information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing the Service, identity verification, payment processing and regulatory compliance.

Limitation of Liability

The cita66 Platform is provided "as is" and cita66 makes no guarantees or warranties regarding uninterrupted availability of the platform. cita66 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by Users as a result of gambling activities.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside cita66's control, including internet outages, third-party server failures or natural disasters.
• Any indirect, consequential or resulting losses arising from use of the Platform.
• Actions or decisions by third parties that affect a User's access to the Platform.

Users acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that they are betting of their own accord with full understanding of that risk.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions

cita66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via a notice on the Platform or through their registered email.

Continued use of the Platform after amended terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those changes. If a User does not agree with the amendments made, they have the right to stop using the Platform and close their account.

Users are advised to review this terms and conditions page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version in effect.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

cita66 operates under an international licence and all Services are regulated in accordance with the terms of that licence. These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted according to the rules set by the relevant licensing body.

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between the User and cita66. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the arbitration mechanism designated by cita66's licensing body.
